  • Basic HIV/TB Clinical Training
  • Advanced HIV/TB Clinical Training
  • Both courses are 2 weeks in duration with a theoretical and practical component, one week each.

General objective

Training clinicians to diagnose and comprehensively manage HIV and TB patients, using current evidence-based medicine, within a resource limited MSF context. See examples of timetables for topics covered.

TRAINEE SELECTION

BASIC ADVANCED

No Paediatricians  

*Both courses are for Clinicians only with field commitment of at least 6 months
Correct group selection is vital for the success of the course and therefore, any participant who falls beyond the above criteria, will need to be discussed on an individual basis.



These courses accept only applications from MSF staff or National staff working in MSF projects. Applications to be forwarded to the relevant pool manager.

We aim to inform, by transferring clinical approaches, relevant research and expert opinion, to improve the quality of care in the resource limited missions in which these clinicians are deployed.
