Thousands of civilians targeted by the ex-Seleka and the anti-Balaka militias have been fleeing their homes as violence escalates in the Central African Republic, says medical organisation Doctors Without Borders (MSF)... It says it has treated wounded people in eight towns, while 8000 more civilians are being prevented from fleeing...
