International humanitarian organisation Doctors Without Borders (MSF) are calling called for a faster clearance of Somali refugees fleeing a devastating drought and streaming into congested camps in Kenya.

Thousands of Somalis have been forced to seek refuge across the border in the Dadaab camps, but have faced delays in registration and settlement.
