On 12 July 2019, Doctors Without Borders (MSF) launched a migrant project in the city of Tshwane, South Africa, that has been providing a supportive, specialised HUB for vulnerable people, focusing on undocumented migrants, asylum seekers and refugees living in Tshwane.

The HUB located at the Sediba Hope Medical Centre in Tshwane CBD, offers free and confidential primary health care services, mental health care, and referrals for secondary or specialised care to people who are often unable to access appropriate health care or social services.

Open during weekdays, the HUB also provides a safe space for asylum seekers, migrants and refugees with free services, including free WiFi and computers, showers, lockers and cellphone chargers.
