MSF is working in Pulka, a town controlled by the Nigerian government, to assist the constant stream of people fleeing conflict have been arriving here since 2016. But outside towns like Pulka, there are around 800,000 people, according to the UN, living in areas inaccessible to humanitarian organisations.
