Make Your Tax Season Count

This tax season, make your money work harder. Support lifesaving medical care with Doctors Without Borders and claim your tax deduction under Section 18A.

Your tax return can help save lives.

When you donate to Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Southern Africa, you’re not only supporting lifesaving medical work, you’re also making a tax-efficient donation. We deliver emergency medical assistance to people affected by conflict, disease outbreaks, natural disasters, and exclusion from healthcare — wherever the need is greatest.

MSF is a registered and accredited Public Benefit Organisation (PBO 930025677) and Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 060-840) in South Africa. This means donations to MSF qualify for Section 18A tax deductions under the Income Tax Act.

Your support helps make that work possible.
