The 13 Doctors Without Borders (MSF) staff and 10 patients killed in the Kunduz hospital attack in Afghanistan were remembered during a memorial service at Park Station in Joburg’s CBD... The event was one of the many held in 63 countries to mark the one-month anniversary of the incident... This attack was a violation of International Humanitarian Law - it was an attack on the rules of war established to protect people in conflicts'; including patients, medical workers and facilities.
