‘What Makes a Mission’

After 11 years, and with the rate of HIV/AIDS now in decline, MSF has handed over its program at the Epworth Clinic to nurses and doctors from the Zimbabwe Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC).

Alongside this, after five years of training, construction, treatment and support, MSF has handed over its psychiatric projects at Chikurubi Maximum Security Prison Psychiatric unit and the Harare Central Hospital Psychiatric unit.

To mark the handover of these programs, and the lives that have changed as a result, we’re sharing with you a booklet: ‘What Makes a Mission’ which features interviews with staff and patients from our psychiatric and HIV and TB projects in Harare.
