In Calais, northern France, we welcome unaccompanied minors at our day centre, providing them with respite, food, clothing, psychoeducation, and help to access services. Meanwhile, our mobile teams offer medical consultations, referrals, and psychological support to migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees living in precarious conditions, including informal settlements, around the city. In April, we began a collaboration with Utopia 56, a French association, to conduct coastal patrols in northern France, and provide psychological first aid and medical assistance to survivors of shipwrecks or failed attempts to cross the Channel.  

In Pantin, northeastern Paris, we provide multidisciplinary support for unaccompanied female minors who have no protection from the state. At our day centre, which is a girls-only space, they have access to medical, psychological, social, and legal assistance tailored to their specific needs. We also have accommodation for around 20 teenage girls living in vulnerable situations, such as girls with complex health conditions or who were previously living on the street.  

In Marseille, southern France, we offer shelter and the same range of support services to unaccompanied minors with serious health conditions and mental health needs, in an 18-bed house. In addition, we run a day centre in collaboration with other organisations, where unaccompanied minors can receive respite, medical consultations, referrals, and psychological support.  

Following Cyclone Chido, which hit the Mayotte archipelago at the end of 2024, we launched emergency activities to assist people in the worst-affected areas. Between mid-December 2024 and mid-March 2025, our mobile clinics visited informal urban neighbourhoods, focusing on addressing critical needs, such as the lack of access to safe water, and conducting general healthcare consultations.
