The Fundraising Director is responsible for the design, coordination and evaluation of MSF SnA fundraising activities and for the management of the fundraising team. Her role is to develop and implement a strategy to meet the net income target and provide the necessary financial resources to support MSF operations, in line with MSF fundraising mission and principles.

Bonginkosi ‘Bobo’ Mhlanga

Bobo is responsible for executing digital retention and loyalty donor campaigns. 
He is responsible for managing, tracking, and improving digital campaigns, as well as responsible for the planning, creating and executing of digital programs with a key focus on retaining donors.

Ching-Ting analyses data and compiles reports for the Fundraising Unit.

Dominique provides essential personal contact to mass donors by handling customer service queries. Her role acts as a collaborative role by supporting loyalty campaigns and activities in the donor relationship cycle.

I Florence M Najjemba am the current Donor Retentions manager in fundraising for Doctors Without Borders(MSF)Southern Africa since Aug 2017.
This role’s specific responsibilities are the development and management of all donor retention and loyalty programs for MSF SA. This includes Regular and Occasional Donors.  The role undertakes detailed analysis and monitoring of our donor base to ensure quality, loyalty and retention programs. It also entails ensuring thorough testing and recording of donor feedback to ensure that MSF program are engaging, generates ongoing and sustainable funding.

Kgothatso is responsible for implementing the donor retention and loyalty programs through direct contact with donors. Part of her responsibilities is ensuring a smooth process for fundraising events created/lead by MSF supporters and providing them with the necessary support.

Lee is responsible for managing donor acquisition channels including: above the line (DRTV), print, face-to-face, and digital.

Lethabo Mathososha

Lethabo provides essential personal contact to mass donors by handling customer service queries. Her role acts as a collaborative role by implementing and assessing loyalty campaigns and activities in the donor relationship cycle with the rest of the donor care retentions team.

Luba Nyathi

Luba is responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherance of various HR tasks to increase the efficiency of the day-to-dayrunning of the Face-2Face teams. She is also responsible for coordinating all training activities for the Face-2-Face, and she also works very closely with members of the fundraising team.

Tshidi is responsible for implementing and coordinating and optimising digital fundraising campaigns across email, search, display, paid social and other digital marketing channels.

Matthew Sullivan

Matt works with the Philanthropy team, building multi-year relationships with Corporates, Trusts and Foundations.

Mthulisi Ncube
Mthulisi Ncube

Mthulisi is responsible for managing the Fundraising CRM and its systems, he also provides support to the users and ensures that the data is secure.

Nelson Mafulo Team Image
Nelson Mafulo

Nelson is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all F2F fundraising in South Africa, in accordance with MSF-South Africa’s annual plan and in consultation with the Head of Fundraising. Nelson also works closely with members of the fundraising team, and all F2F staff.

Sam leads the philanthropy team in building profitable, multi-year relationships with Corporates, Trusts and Foundations, and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI). Her role also includes high-level engagement with the Southern African philanthropic community, garnering financial support for MSF projects to save lives around the world.
