As Dismantling Structural Racism and Baobab Leadership Accelerator Officer, Atlegang contributes to initiatives addressing structural inequities, supporting leadership development programs to promote inclusivity. As Baobab Leadership Accelerator Coordinator, Zoya leads the identification and development of future leaders, supporting Southern African staff to grow into senior positions within the MSF Movement. As Strategic Buyer,  the role leads the procurement function within the Section, supporting departments and key stakeholders to ensure effective, efficient, and accountable acquisition of goods and services. The position plays a key role in developing and implementing procurement processes, guidelines, and best practices, leading tenders in line with priority categories, building procurement capacity among stakeholders, and reducing operational and compliance risks in support of MSF’s mission and operational excellence.
