I am in charge of sending staff in he field to support operations, their development and also their Growth.
Cabangile is responsible for matching Southern Africa staff to international field projects. This includes career development and duty of care. She is also responsible for Performance Management and HR Information systems for the MSF Southern Africa section.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the Domestic HR Office. This includes overseeing the implementation of HR protocols and procedures and Employee wellbeing.
HR Administration & Support
Natasha is responsible for the provision of psychosocial support to fieldworkers contracted to MSF SnA. Through various interventions, her work aims to help better mitigate the potential negative psychological impact of field work, on fieldworkers.
Responsible for supporting components of both Domestic (DHR) and Field Human Resources (FHR) in the MSF Southern Africa(SA) office. Contribute to develop a global MSF HR workforce in line with International MSF needs.
